Liu Zi Jue – 6 Healing Sounds Qigong- Level 1

In this course we begin to learn the movements of the Liù Zì Jué or 6 Healing Sounds Qigong. The Liù Zì Jué is a common and relatively easy form of qigong. It involves the coordination of movement and breathing patterns with specific sounds.

Each week you will be sent an instructional video where Sifu Hepple will guide you through the various sections of the Liù Zì Jué. Each video is a continuation of the form, building up on the previous part until you have learned the complete form. You may send your own videos to Sifu Hepple, to ensure correct position and alignment. You’ll also receive an invitation to join in online with our practice on Tuesday evenings from 6.30-7.30pm for the duration of the course.

At the end of the course you will receive a completion certificate that you can print out.

It is necessary to complete the Silk Reeling Exercises Course before you can progress on to this one. It helps to train synchronising coordinated movements with breathing. You also begin to learn some of the skills needed for this course.
