Public Classes

The following ‘in person’ classes are available to students at our school on Inverness High Street. If you are a new student, it is best to attend the Tuesday evening Form Class at 7.30-8.30pm for a free introductory class first.

Our Monday Pad Drills Class at 6.40-7.30pm is also great for beginners. All equipment is provided. Just come along and learn some basic pad work drills for a great work out.

The Traditional Training and Sparring Class from 7.40-8.30pm on Mondays is available for all students. In this class the available time is split between traditional training and sparring for more advanced students.

In the Form class on Tuesday evenings you will learn the forms (patterns) of Hung Ga. These are taught to each student in manageable sections which are built upon every week, provided the student has practised sufficiently. This is the best class for beginners to start with.

On Tuesday evenings our Tai Chi & Qigong Class is available for anyone, of all ages, interested in learning Tai Chi, Qigong and the principles involved in these extraordinary health practices. We have another Tai Chi & Qigong Class on Thursdays for slightly more advanced students to practice what they have learned. These classes are also broadcast ‘live’ from our school. You can join in from anywhere in the world at the same time. They are not included in our kung fu payment plans, however your first class is still free and it is only £5 per class thereafter or £30 for a block of 7 classes.

In the Drills & Techniques class on Thursdays, drills, applications techniques and fighting theory are taught.

There will also be an opportunity to learn extra knowledge, forms and skills through regular seminars and tests.
