Our online classes are a mixture of pre-recorded and “live” classes. You can purchase Single Online Classes<\/a> or a month of online classes<\/a>. There’s an option to subscribe to a month of classes<\/a>, so that you don’t have to keep signing up every month. You can even add a 1-1 session every week<\/a> to your monthly subscription, to progress further through the Hung Ga system. Every week the following classes are available for online students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stance Training (Free)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This pre-recorded class is available as a free<\/strong> taster session in the Single Online Classes<\/a> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monday Pad Drills<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This is a new “live” class, added to develop basic skills, techniques and combinations. You can use punchbag or similar to practice with or just practice the drills in the air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday Form Class Live<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This is a “live” online class, broadcast from our school in Inverness. A link to the class will be sent to your email address and you can join in by clicking the link at the required time. In this class we do a qigong warm up, stance training and progress through the forms mentioned in the Public Class Section. Here we can check the correct position, movement and alignment of your form, discuss brief applications and you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursday Drills & Techniques (Live)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This is the third of our weekly “live” classes, broadcast live from our school in Inverness. A link to the class will be sent to your email address and you can join in by clicking the link at the required time. In this class we do a qigong warm up, some basic drills, discuss techniques and applications, as well as variations and training methods. You will be given the opportunity to ask any questions at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a recording of the main part from Thursday evenings drills class. If you couldn’t make Thursday evening for any reason, this option will be an opportunity to revise and catch up, so that you don’t fall behind. You will be sent a link to the recording in your email.<\/p>\n\n\n
