“This all sounds pretty cool, but how do I join?”
The simple answer to this question is to come along to a class. You don’t need to book in advance or arrange an induction or make any big announcements. All you need to do is make it, on time, to one of the classes. The best classes to start with are the Beginner Form Classes on Tuesday evenings at 6.00pm, or Friday at 7pm. You will find a timetable with all the classes on it ——>here. You’ll need to wear jogger bottoms and a t-shirt, or something similar, and a pair of trainers. The only thing that you will need to take with you is maybe a drink to re-hydrate. You don’t even need to bring any money with you because your first class is free.
You don’t need to get fit before you come to these classes because you will get fit as you train and they are all geared towards complete beginners. You are not expected to be a master on your first visit so don’t worry about it if you can’t do everything in the class. So long as you know your left from your right and the difference between your hand and your foot then you’ll be fine. You won’t be fighting in your first class and bullying is dealt with severely so you won’t be going home with any bruises.
Just relax, come along and try it out for yourself! 🙂
If you are finding it difficult to come to any of the classes but would still like to give it a go, you can book a one-to-one private training session, at a time which is suitable for you, using the following form.
To book, select a date and time slot. Enter your details and request alternative start times if needed. (e.g. 10:15 instead of 10:00) Payment can then be made via PayPal, even if you don’t have a PayPal account, and then you will be sent a confirmation email.
Once you have made your booking, all you need to do is turn up, ready for action!
If you make a booking and then need to cancel, please give 48 hours notice prior to your booking time or payment will become non-refundable!
